So why doesn't everyone want this job? Because it's hard. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Working smarter and harder than ever to achieve huge activity levels: competition blitzes, stopping by potential clients, cold calling via phone and in the field. #Mustlovetalkingonthephone
  • Using our app to track everything you do, the minute you do it: your business plan, income, pipeline, notes, and all that activity.
  • Selling by listening to clients, showing empathy, asking great questions to respond to their needs, handling inevitable objections, and building trust because every client is different.
  • Collaborating with your team, mentor and manager. All Sales Managers started in this same role so they understand and support activity which you'll go over together weekly.

Let's be honest, sales is about activity, loyalty, and drive so if you learn from the best, you'll be a success. 

Because this is a tough job, we offer some amazing benefits:

  • Base salary + UNCAPPED COMMISSION(yes, you read that right)
  • In your first year, you can expect to earn anywhere between 58-73k (2nd year ranging 68k-90k) depending on performance.
  • A monthly auto allowance since you'll be a road warrior in your territory
