CBS, A Xerox Company is currently seeking additional Printer Field Service Technician team members.

As a Printer Field Service Technician you will be servicing a full range of printing devices from Xerox, HP, Lexmark, and more. In this role, you're the first line of defense against issues that slow or stop the pace of business for our customers.

To keep our customers' businesses running efficiently, our Technicians:

  • Complete diagnostics, installations, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware, networking, & software solutions while managing & building excellent professional client relationships.
  • Are rewarded with unlimited bonus potential for taking accountability and pride in achieving and exceeding productivity goals:
    • Number of service calls per day
    • Controlling inventory costs
    • Efficiency of your calls and repairs
  • Constantly developing their professional, mechanical, technical, network, and equipment skills on the job and in the class room.

  • You have experience fixing electronics and are results driven...
  • You're customer focused & comfortable interacting with multiple businesses and clients daily...

Our Must Haves Are:

  • 1+ years of experience working with customers repairing and maintaining equipment such as; printers, office equipment, electronics, and/or machinery
  • High School Degree
  • A clean driving record and a love for driving
  • A passion for learning
  • Technical Certification
